<div><br/>I have currently the HP photo printing software which is good in its drag and drop feature. Just Drag the selected picture to the template and it adjust the size. But it is a “budget unfriendly”. I throw a lot excess paper because its template cannot be edited.<br/><br/></div> </p>

Try Kodak easyShare it is free and it is very good.
Go to your search bar & tip in Kodak Easyshare.
