I have also used shutterfly and ordered a memory book which I was thrilled with the results. I believe both have limited storage, but you should have your own storage like a cd then use theirs for the works that your a currently dealing with. You can also organize photos into folders, and there's new features added pretty frequently. As far as photo printing, I suppose there's nothing stopping you from downloading your photos and printing them via Paint, Photoshop, or some such thing.
